Sinton Vet Academy (“we,” “us”) is the internal staff training and knowledge portal for Sinton Veterinary Clinic. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We send one-time verification codes by SMS so you can sign in without a password. By providing your mobile number and signing in, you consent to receive these transactional messages. Message frequency varies (typically only when you log in). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell your mobile information, or any personal information, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone for such purposes.
To authenticate you, deliver and track training assigned by your clinic, and administer certifications. We share information only with your employer (the clinic) for training administration, and with service providers who help us operate the portal (for example, our SMS provider and cloud hosting) under obligations of confidentiality. We do not sell your data.
We keep your information for as long as you have an account with your clinic, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit.
